Most expensive house in London

This is the most amazing house - it should be though at 70M!

Windlesham, Surrey

Approached through a pair of large ornate wrought iron gates and reached via one of the first ever heated marble driveways, the Updown Court estate includes the main house, built on a palatial scale over four floors; a security lodge to provide 24 hour security, two guest houses, comprising nine bedroom/bathroom suites in total and a separate manager's office. There is underground garaging for eight limousines and a helipad for private landings.

This unique property has five separate heated swimming pools all with their own individual views of the property's stunning surroundings. Two outside pools are located in discreet areas of the landscaped gardens, protected by trees. The third outdoor swimming pool is an "infinity pool", housed on the roof of the main building, with panoramic views across the Surrey countryside.

Indoor, there are two further pools, one exquisitely mosaiced and reached by its own specially designed glass lift, the other, situated under a dramatic double height ceiling.

In the basement there is a squash court built in a glass box so spectators can watch the game from above; a two lane bowling alley and a spectacular private cinema with its own bar. A special wine cellar has also been created to hold in excess of 300 bottles in a temperature controlled environment.

Within the grounds is stabling for five horses with a tack room with direct access to a bridle path. All-weather floodlit tennis court.
